say hello to your therapist

PSYCHOTHERAPIST, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY ASSOCIATE

ARYNN PRESCOTT, MA, LMFTA

I am so glad you’re here. I am the owner and psychotherapist at Woven, so you may want to know a bit more about who I am and where I come from.

Prior to practicing therapy, I taught mindful meditation and somatic movement for eight years. I wandered back to the Pacific Northwest and am so honored to call it home. You will often find me outside in nature, making art, or reading memoirs. I am absolutely “that person” who will snuggle and talk to every dog or cat I am able to.

In terms of relationships, I am an auntie, sister, daughter, volunteer, friend, and have been enjoying partnered wife-life for well over a decade. This beautiful web of relationships is where I find healing, support, joy, and home, which is why I do what I do. It is so fulfilling to support my clients as they also find new ways to communicate, relate, and connect too.

For more about how I practice therapy, please read My Approach.

Identities you may care about: white, cis, queer/bi, able-bodied, woman (she/her), and part plant as I am pretty sure I photosynthesize when the sun shines.
